I agree, walking Harper gives us the best chance to allow zero, although it increases the chances of 2+. I usually like Webb's chances to get two outs there, he just made a bad pitch and didn't do the job.

This is their sixth best reliever and he's painting the corner at 98. The Orioles got one hit off of the Philly bullpen, and it was the Santander home run. It's just night and day.
