They get 10,000 dollars to do it. You would turn that down?

Of course I wouldn’t turn it down, but that doesn’t mean it’s not stupid.
Why not give them $10,000 to have an interview before or after the game instead of during the game while you’re supposed to be concentrating on the game, even if you’re in the dugout you’re supposed to be studying the pitches and the placement and all that happy Zen baseball stuff.

Are you guys watching over the air or on cable or satellite? I'm watching via YouTube TV on ESPN. So far, no interruptions.

Comcast for me in Arnold MD.  The game just stopped and all I have is black on that channel.  All other channels are working.  Pissing me off now.

This is an ESPN game.

So? I’m listening to the Rangers feed so I got to miss it all, God be praised. But in-game interviews remain stupid, Whoever is doing them.
Can you imagine interviewing the quarterback in the middle of an offensive series? It’s just ridiculous.

Or even interviewing the quarterback during a defensive series when he’s on the sideline, presumably doing nothing except eating peanuts.

I'd ask for $20k not to do it.
