Wow...I will miss Hays, but it was time for him to move on.   He seems like a good dude and I'm sure he had a pretty big clubhouse presence.

Stats look like borderline DFA candidates. Not saying Hays was hugely valuable, but he was an All Star last year so I guess I would have expected something more in return?

This is just the kind of thing I was looking for but tbh can’t quite figure out why PHI did this. Is Seranthony yet an another unreliable reliever? (Yes, I know all RP are inherently unpredictable but still…)

It feels like a great deal regardless. I love Hays but his time was up here, this will be good for him I think.

Neither Dominguez nor Pache have options left and they're not having good years. Maybe Dominguez gets back what he had in the past, but it seems like a fair and positionally advantageous, but low-impact deal for both sides.

Yeah maybe, good point.  Also, with Hays gone I think Pache is now the O's only right handed hitting OF.  Interesting trade.
