Why isn't Gunkel at AAA? What does he have left to prove at AA?

Also Wilson or Wright will be back in AAA when Gausman is ready. Maybe sooner if the O's re-sign Miguel.

Then there is McFarland. Matusz is due back on April 10th. McFarland is the guy with the option to be sent down.

So Norfolk's rotation could be Wilson, Wright, Gunkel, McFarland and Despaigne by the end of April.

They need a fifth. Bowie will look strong with Lee, Garcia, Gunkel, Miranda, and Hess. I'd imagine one of them is up there until Wilson/wright gets sent down.

What is our expectation for Miranda? He's 27 years old. Do we still think he could be a ML starter or should we start looking at him as a reliever? I don't know if his stuff plays up in shorter appearances, but we know that's often the case with Britton being a prime example within the organization.
