What is our expectation for Miranda? He's 27 years old. Do we still think he could be a ML starter or should we start looking at him as a reliever? I don't know if his stuff plays up in shorter appearances, but we know that's often the case with Britton being a prime example within the organization.

Well with a stacked bullpen at the moment and lack of starting depth, it is probably best to leave him as a starter for now.

Oliver had his streak of 16.33 consecutive shutout innings snapped in the 2nd inning of the Tides' back end game of a doubleheader against AAA-Gwinnett last night.

Oliver has been mostly a reliever and an occasional spot-starter for the AAA-Tides this season. He pitched 5 innings of 1-run ball overall in his 3rd start of the season, to go along with 9 additional relief appearances.
