He's one of the worst IMO. Just look at how much better Molina frames pitches than Wieters.

Tillman has maxed out his development unless he starts throwing fastballs to the inside corner. He doesn't come inside.

Sure but you are saying it when he is struggling not when he is succeeding (and he has succeeded far more often then struggled). And yet you are right there to pounce when he is "under fire" in a manner of speaking.

The only starter we have that I don't change the channel for if he's still pitching into the 6th. This is hands down his best start of the year, if my his career. I think we see him go out for the 9th.
