I think it's hilarious Flaherty found a way to hit into a double play and it wasn't even his fault this time.

He pinch ran in the 9th inning with 1 out, and Flaherty hit a fly ball to right field but Casilla just kept on running and went to 3rd base and got doubled off at first.

Probably because he is one of the faster runners on the team and Buck wanted to guarantee that the runner at first score on a double. I don't know how a pinch runner comes into the game and doesn't know how many outs there are.

I wouldn't get rid of him, but that was the most boneheaded baserunning play I've seen by the O's in years. Right up there with Mora making the last out of the game trying to tag up and score in a game the O's were losing by two runs.

He knew the outs. Look at the way he ran. He took it slow like he was supposed to trying to see if Victorino could find it. Then took off like he knew that it was gonna fall.
