MiL turnover

I've got to believe this starts from the top down. With us now stashing so much AAAA talent at Norfolk (Parmalee, Navarro, Janish, Reimold, etc.), that pushes everyone else backwards and we simply can't retain everyone. The upward movement is somewhat shunted at Norfolk by our organizational philosophy to keep a 50p-man roster (75-man as Buck often suggests).

There are just not that many hitting prospects. What do we really have. The poster that did the weekly hitter's report last year was pretty awesome with that. If you just list the prospects by level you get....

Norfolk- G.Roza, M.Almanzar, C.Walker

Bowie- Yaz, G.Davis

Frederick- J.Hart, C.Sisco, A.Marin, D.Dosch, T.Mancini,

Delmarva- Heim, Murphy, Reyes,

The box scores on the hitters side are mostly just a new crop of Org. guys I've never heard of.

Rosa and Almanzar aren't what I would call prospects. Walker, Alvarez, Navarro, and Urrutia at Norfolk, IMO.

Agree on the others. Might want to add Chris O'Brien at Bowie but we are certainly very thin there.

And that is a key reason why you do everything possible to keep Paredes. We have 4th OFers out the wazoo.
