These "bargain bin" players the O's FO is enamored with (Paredes, Pearce, DeAza, Lough, Snider). Well, in most cases there is a reason they were in the bargain bin to begin with. Only rarely this works (Cruz, who was in the bin last offseason for other reasons, or Pearce for one year only).
