This whole team needs to be revamped. Assuming Chen is gone, Gausman and Ubaldo are the only pitchers who should be guaranteed a spot in the rotation next year. The Orioles need to add two more starting pitchers and they desperately need to sign a legitimate leadoff hitter with good on-base skills like Fowler or Zobrist to next year's team.

This team has the worst at bats in these situations. You have a guy on the mound struggling with control. Force him to throw it over the plate. Don't chase pitches and don't give away free outs. It's not that hard.
