No, the freeze frame on the Braves broadcast had the runner's foot on the bag and the ball still outside the glove.

Olivera is indeed in the deal, Bowden tweets, and Braves reliever Luis Avilan will also go to the Dodgers, Bowden tweets. Atlanta will receive a major league reliever and another minor league arm of some type, Sherman tweets. And the Marlins’ competitive balance pick, which had been slated for the Dodgers, will go to the Braves. Sherman adds on Twitter. (This is probably why the original deal had to be held up for the Braves to move in, as comp picks can only be traded once.)
