Davis is not unique at all so I feel he's susceptible to every one of these trends. I hope like heck I'm wrong. We shall see.

These points were made repeatedly on this board as we were courting Davis. I expect this contract to be ugly in the last few years. I'm just hoping we squeeze enough value out in the first four years to justify it. I think the odds are against it.

I know they've been made. My response was in direct response to another poster. I'm of a similar opinion to yours, but if they get three years of decent production I think it's the best you can expect.
