It's because we signed damaged goods. He was at least hitting 93 pretty consistently last year.

He's sitting more around 88-89 this year.

And his command is a disaster.

Will the Orioles front office EVER go all out on building a good starting rotation? Why are they satisfied with a mediocre at best rotation? It's probably the most pivotal aspect of a baseball team and it is pretty obvious our decision makers don't value it.
