That's the biggest embarrassment of the season right there. More than the fans, the performances, the choke jobs......that right there embarrasses me as a fan.

Yep. Ultimately, as much as I love baseball, that's why European league soccer (EPL, La Ligua, Bundesliga, etc.) is the purest and most enjoyable form of competition: you play every team in your league home and away and you crown the champ at the end of the season, no crapshoot playoff, no nothing else.

Now of course, under that format, it could be a long time before the O's have a shot at the title...
