Peoria played today (11/16) and kept their *slim* championship hopes alive, as seen above!

2 Birds played and had some good moments:

DJ Stewart (DH) 4 at bats, 2 hits (1 double), 1 rbi, 1 strike out

Parker Bridwell (RP) 3 IP, 1 hit, 1 k, 1 pick off, 30 pitches, 14 strikes, 3 ground outs, 2 fly outs, 9 batters faced

It all comes down to tomorrow. Peoria needs to win and have Surprise lose in order to play in the Championship.

Well, today (11/17) was the final game of the season for Peoria, as Surprise won and elminated them from the championship.

A few Birds got their final playing time.

Adrian Marin (2B) 2 at bats (pulled in the 5th), 1 strike out, part of one double play

Jimmy Yacabonis (RP) 1.2 IP, 1 walk, 2 strike outs, 20 pitches, 10 strikes, 2 ground outs, 5 batters faced, came in with 1 runner on and he stranded him

Stefan Crichton (RP) 1.0 IP, 6 pitches, 4 strikes, 2 ground outs, 3 batters faced
