Fastball command looked to be very off in the first couple innings but he's settled in nicely since. He's also benefited from some nice defensive plays included a diving catch by Montanez in left field foul territory.

You have to give credit any time a pitcher starts out rocky and then doesn't completely fall apart. If he can put up a line like that while struggling with his fastball command (which happens to every pitcher) then he will have a very bright future.:clap3:

Tillman's fine. He's starting the series finale tomorrow night. Once again, a rain out has messed up the Bowie rotation. It was announced this afternoon that Lewis would be starting in the DH instead of Tillman.

I talked to Chris Tillman at the game last night in Reading! He said he was starting on Thursday night! At least I got to see Spoony back in there.

Spoone has been placed on the disabled list once again, according to Bowie's notes, with a shoulder injury. It is the second time this season Spoone has spent time on the DL due to his shoulder.
