Dick Bleier, your new favorite reliever

He is a really easy player to root for. I think he really appreciates being part of the major league experience. Obviously, I hope that he experiences sustained success with the O's, but he will be a player that I pull for no matter where he is at.

You have to give Dan lots of credit for picking up Bleier. That was definitely a great move on his part. I think Dan picked him up right before the 2017 season, right?

Another solid outing for Bleier.

He inherited runners on 2nd and 3rd base with 2 outs in the bottom of the 6th inning. He got the 3rd out without allowing any more damage, keeping the Orioles in the game.

He threw 2.33 shutout innings overall, throwing 30 Pitches in the process )(20 )Strikes, )10 )Balls.)

I'm curious about that. I understand that some of the Orioles' decisions are made or heavily influenced by one or more Angeloses,, or by Showalter. Has it been stated somewhere that analytics are not a significant factor in the team's other decisions?

Analytics are used. now you can argue whether the right people are providing those analytics.
