Where does Skydome rank among ballparks today?  Putting aside my disdain for Cito Gaston and the Jays, it's gotta rank near the bottom.   I can't imagine a retractable multi-purpose dome with a symmetrical playing field and something that otherwise looks like it came out of the late 80s is high on anyone's list.

The Rogers Centre is in the bottom 5 or 6  in the rankings I've seen.

Here it's ranked 28th:  https://ballparkdigest.com/2019/04/18/best-of-the-ballparks-mlb-rankings-2019/

Seems like a similar outing to last time for Wojo.  Not a complete Straily-esque disgrace, but not quite good enough either.  Probably enough to give him another chance (no options, right?), especially with the doubleheader coming up.

Who else do we have that deserves the shot? Let's assume Eshelman will be the fourth starter for the time being. Hess, Straily, and Ynoa all pitched atrociously when they were given a shot at starting. Keegan Akin has a 4.44 ERA and 1.51 WHIP at AAA and everybody else in AAA has been a disaster. Maybe Karns deserves another shot as a starter but he's probably still another month away from returning after the long layoff he's had. Woj has a pretty good strikeout rate and hasn't given up a ton of hits. The only issue with him has been his inability to minimize the damage but he really hasn't pitched that badly. The O's should give him at least five or six more starts until Karns is ready to return.

I’m inclined to believe having no options is the only reason they kept him and sent Eshelman down.

Everyone sucks.

We don't have anyone that "deserves" a shot.  We've got guys that'll get shots because we need to trot bodies out there.  But none of them deserve it.
