Yeah, DJ always seems to have a chip on his shoulder just under the surface because he missed the era when salaries really went crazy. Even for meh pitchers like him. And yes, "back in our day we pitched complete games! Blister? Rub some dirt on it."

I agree.  I'm don't prefer Dave Johnson to them but I still like him.

Hunter is actually tolerable on the radio for some reason.

I liked Ben. Seemed to be a natural for TV. Roberts wasn't bad, either.

Way to go, Bleier. Way to F'in go. Good relay there by Santander and Martin, but just wasn't enough to get the speedy Bichette though it was damn close. Looks like they will review it.

Doesn't look like it will be overturned. Severino tagged him on the back of the shoulder, but no good angle to see when Bichette crossed. It's close, but I don't think it's conclusive enough to change the call on the field.
