Tommy and Jake - together again!  Saw this on ESPN and Sun websites a few days ago.

Hunter and Arrieta have been friends since their college days. They spent four years together in Baltimore and have remained close. Hunter said their wives have been texting each other regularly about places to live.

"He's a competitor and he brings it every day, and the way he goes about playing baseball is going to teach a lot of guys there's a lot of different ways to being successful, and he's an example of that," Hunter said. "He's going to take pressure off the younger guys. He's a guy you can talk to. He's been through the lowest of lows and he's won a Cy Young and he's a guy who players can relate to and strive to be like."

Making some great plays for the Braves at 3B and another hit! Nice start.

I had my criticisms but still would rather have him than Gentry.

Craig Gentry had the #1 defensive play of MLB's opening week.

Flaherty would not be doing anything for us if we had him. We had him for years and he didn't do much.

Flaherty would have taken Valencia or Pedro's spot.   Still not sure why we didn't get Flaherty.

A utility guy would have made more sense than Pedro, but get back to me in a few months, Flaherty has a big hole in his swing, it'll get exploited in time.

Yeah really. The O's will be 15 games under 500 and people will talk about how it was bc of an awful April schedule.
