It's Jamie Moyer's Birthday - and I'm Pissed.

I remember when Moyer pitched a complete-game shutout against the Mets, in June of 1988.

The next day, the back page of the NY Daily News read "MOYER DESTROYER."

Jesse Orosco was two months older than me.   The day he retired was a very sad day.   I’m now at the point where there are major leaguers whose grandpas I saw play.

I’d already been a fan for several years when Ken Griffey Sr. and Bobby Bonds were rookies.    Now their sons are long retired.

I'm 36 and most of the ballplayers my age are retired.  Pretty soon every ballplayer will be younger than me.....  I've got to do something about this.  Does anybody know where The Fountain of Youth is?
