Well, just how high is he on Adam Hall? I’ve always liked him myself and don’t think a ranking in the 11-15 tier would be bizarre, just a bit out on a limb.  BA has him at 15, MLB.com at 16.  Fangraphs had him at 13 last year and hasn’t updated its O’s rankings yet.

Some "different" parts of Law's list...

1. D.L. Hall is #2 - believes the control will be there. Says he has at least #2 stuff.

2. Adam Hall is #6 - His sleeper for the org.

3. Jahmai Jones - #9

4. Westburg - #15. Thinks he'll struggle not to strike out.

5. Nevin - #17 - He's interested to see if O's can unlock his power.

6. McKenna #19

Wells. Profile doesn't often play in the pros, but he has a chance.

Mayo, who he says needs much better footwork and has a hole in his swing.

Baumler, who apparently needed TJ surgery after we signed him.

Law's got Hall (#2) ahead of Rodriguez (#3). Says Hall has three plus offerings and at least #2 Starter stuff. Calls Rodriguez a potential #2 as well. I would love that outcome.

Norfolk Tides just signed 10-year extension with the Orioles under the 120-team setup.   Tides management sounds like they are expecting International League to be chunked down just like MLB was into East/Central/West last year.
