2-13 since the no-hitter

Funny you say this Tony.  I was thinking yesterday that after the Means no hitter, he was on SC and they asked about him how the team was off to a surprising start...he talked about the attitude and chemistry of the team ..how they had fun with each other, etc...

After listening to Hyde about the bunt in the 9th and overall blunders in the field ie. failed double plays etc. Hyde is a stop gap manager with these stop gap players. All need to go to be successful. In the mean time this team is unwatchable at times.

After another ho hum loss today, the Orioles are now 2-13 since John Means ' no-hitter. So much for a boost.

When exactly did Chris Holt vanish?  I want to say it was a day or so before the no-hitter?

What did Hyde say about Hays' bunt? I thought that was a really dumb play. Whose idea was it, and if it was Hays' is someone telling him it was a bad move and why?

Didn't Santander have a similar play this year? I don't know that we ever got an explanation for that one either.

Last year trying to cover the gaps in live baseball and watching oldies, I was shocked by how often good hitters, even in non-bunt situations, bunted or tried to. I think Clemente in the 1960 series, for example.

How things have changed. Or, if this is another "year of the pitcher," maybe not so much.

Maybe the O's can go 13-2 if they give into the 2021 trend and get no-hit themselves.

They might as well give it a try. It's hard to go 2-13. It takes a special kind of suckitude to lose that often over a 15 games stretch.

It's all Hyde's fault. He should have known allowing Means to complete the no hitter would throw the team into a funk. Just terrible managing. ?

David Hess seconds that opinion.

Can't tell whether you're being a sarcastic. I'm absolutely sure you know that there are plenty of decent teams that have had similar streaks.
