Los Angeles Dodgers traded RHP Hugo Beltran to Baltimore Orioles for cash.

Has thrown two scoreless innings so far. Anyone know anything about him?

Welp the first google hit was for something called Boy Toy...

He's been in the DSL since 2018 and the O's seem to be using him out of the bullpen.

I can't think a 21 year old relief pitcher in the DSL is anyone to worry about.

Yeah seems like a filler guy, maybe they needed to fill a spot. Anyway, let it be known that the OH did not miss a single obscure Orioles transaction!

Obviously the Dodgers are cheap and the O's spend for players.
