I think he's got a place in the bullpen as an innings-eater.  But yeah, it will be nice to upgrade his rotation spot for sure.

Yeah, you're right. I hope he doesn't come out in the next inning and does this. Bad pitching and just a HORRIBLE 0-2 pitch.

Leadoff walk after last inning.  We've had a lot of very good, if sometimes short, starts this year.  We've been spoiled a bit, guess we were due for one like this.

If Hyde wants to save Akin for some bulk  innings tomorrow, tonight could get a bit ugly.  Maybe 3 innings of Lakin and a couple by Baker and/or Fry.

This is the first one of their games that I’ve played.  There’s a pretty steep learning curve.
