McKenna and Phillips are redundant with McKenna being the more valuable player right now. I don't understand the reasoning for the Phillips trade when Stowers would be a better asset to the team.

You can blame the lineup all you want, but we had no chance with this pitching lineup today, even with Voth doing what he did.

All true but I still can't get over the stat that Hays has 4 RBI since July 1. He and Mountcastle are just as much to blame since that time.

At some point, the offense needed to do something.  They are putting way too much weight on the pitching staff.  They literally have to be perfect to get a win.
