I think it's something that can be trained for, but probably has to be during the developmental stage of a hitter. I don't know if a Mountcastle or Hays can be taught at this stage. They are who they are, but if you can get a guy when they first arrive, give them all the offseason training, the VR stuff, and make it a priority to get promoted, then I do think it can be developed.
