That chart shows that Bautista is in a 24-way tie for 11th with 21 games. 

On Fangraphs you can sort by reliever IP and he and Baker are tied for 41st in IP. 

To me those numbers show a usage that is pretty much normal. 

Now, a lot of those appearances have been high leverage so that could possibly be extra strain. But there's not much Hyde can do to help that.
