We really can't have it both ways. He can dominate in AAA with the stuff he's trying to throw up here. He needs to figure it out against the best hitters, sink or swim.

He has pretty much sunk. His ERA is 7+

Its basically Chris Tillman 2017 with a few more Ks.

Well, he wasn't in all that much trouble in the minors. Plus, there may only be 2-3 hitters on a team and then there's the other guys that couldn't hit water if they fell out of a boat. Pretty easy to get them out with Rodriguez's stuff.

What’s troublesome to me is that guys with good stuff usually can get away with an occasional missing of location.  He seems to get hammered whenever he misses his location.  I know he is missing more than occasionally, but it still seems like he gets smoked too often.

He was almost a lock to make the rotatation in ST, but was so unbelievable bad he lost his spot.  His 1st minor league start wasn't very good, but was called up because Irvin was a disaster.

He needs to go down to the minors to clear his head and get back to doing what made him so good last year before the injury, because right now he is not cutting it.

Want to see how this team bounces back from this point forward

Pretty sure this team has no trouble bouncing back we just lost a 9th inning game on judge homer and then took next two in Yankee stadium to win series.

Especially the fastball. It's surprising how hard his 97-99 MPH fastball gets hit.

Gotta wonder how much longer Grayson is going to be in the majors at this point.  I know we don't have much pitching in the minors, but Grayson really needs to go down and get himself righted because in the ML right now, he's not cutting it.

I agree. There is something going on, and its not that his stuff doesn’t play up here. He had a 2.32 era and 12.1K per 9 at AAA and he’s 96-99 mph.  He’s got a 9.17 era in 5 starts in May this year.
