Because I stupidly put Carlos Quintana for CWS/Mets when the guy I wanted was obviously Jose Quintana.

So without that screwups 'd have 58 + whoever I would have come up with for CWS/Oakland.

58. Definitely had the first Jays/Phillies guy on my mind. Didn’t realize the other cut it. Had the same Phillies and Yankees MVP. Used a former O for Braves/Jays.

9/9, 90 today.   It always helps when the Orioles are one of the categories.  My three answers for them totaled 4.7%.   But two of my other answers totaled 63% and I later thought of much better answers for both.  Shrug.

I didn’t do a great job of guessing unpopular Orioles picks. My Os/Red Sox was 5% and my Os/Astros was 3%. Had many options and thought they’d be lower. My Os/Cubs was 0.4. Total school was 47 with 25 on my Cubs 200 wins pick.

I almost went with him, but then figured he got hurt a lot and then switched to Rice.

You ever read Boswell's Heart of the Order?

He had a chapter on Lynn.

My recollection is that he thought Lynn sat for issues that most players would play through.

I have a copy on my shelf.  I’ll have to look at it later.  I read all those Boswell anothologies and they were all great but I can’t say I remember much of what specifically he wrote about, with a few exceptions.
