What do you want to see from John Means tonight?

He starts for Norfolk against the Grant Gambrell and the Worcester Red Sox at Polar Park. First pitch is 6:45 pm on MiLB.com.

What do you want to see? Fastball velo up? Ks? Goes 6 IP? Doesn't give up a HR?

Do you have a set of circumstances where this start for Means tells you he's ready to join the big club?

I want to see 5 IP with at least 4Ks and less than two ER.

So far he’s through 2 and has 3 SO, 1 BB, and given up 1 hit.  Pitch count is 42 with 28 strikes.

A lot of pitches to get through 2 innings but results are good.
