If it’s not to your liking, either put the folks that are annoying you on your ignore list, or go post on X or Facebook or reddit instead.

I’m sick to death of people coming in here simply to talk down to everyone else.  Really tired of it.  Especially those who do it over and over and over again.  Get over yourselves!

I can't see the game because of the ridiculous apple tv stuff, but just from lurking over this thread and knowing what I've seen from Hicks playing the corner outfield the past several weeks, I have the idea that Kjerstad would be a better Left or Right Fielder than Hicks right now. Youth allows for more athleticism and Hicks has been stuck in the mud at times playing the corners.

I think there were pitchers available. There were 2 others available on the Cardinals right? I just wonder if Elias was hording his prospect stash.

That’s very true. A lot of the pitchers that were traded have been bad. The pitcher that Tampa pitched against us yesterday that they got from the Guardians has not been bad though. He’s actually been pretty good. I don’t think Means coming back at the level required to effectively compete in big games after the injury nor Hall as a starter were viable plans for a team with a legit shot at the World Series.
