I made a post about this exact thing in July and got completely ridiculed for it by the cheerleaders here.

If you really look at our line up.  As in REALLY look at it?

We do not have the star players to compete....yet.

Anytime we played a Dodgers or an Astros or even a Rangers?  We were and are over matched.

We were 3-3 against both the rangers and Astros in the regular season. We haven’t been overmatched by anybody this season, until now.

I can guarantee though that every future Oriole star in that dugout will never want this feeling of embarrassing defeat EVER again.

This won't happen next year.

Why not? Innate talent is necessary and the Rangers have much better hitters, no matter how hard Hays tries he will never be hitting for a .900 OPS

I feel robbed of playoff enjoyment. We win 101 games and it feels like it was all a farce... like it meant nothing.

It doesn't even feel like the playoffs have started yet. I wanted to see a competitive series win or lose I could deal with it. So far this has been the JV against the varsity.
