That's gotta be a drop in the bucket compared to overall revenue though.

The ability to sell out a section, maybe two***, months in advance and make it a destination can’t be overlooked.  

***I sat in the section next to it during the playoffs on the aisle next to it and we got the full experience.  I don’t know if it was standard or not, but 2-3 times during the game, Mr Splash was tossing out giveaway items.  A lot of stadiums have a special section or two, and this could be it for the Orioles.  They could also raise the price for that section next year as well to make it more “exclusive.” 

Maybe the newness wears off and they get rid of the Splash Zone after 2024.  But, they did put up heavy duty plastic signs on the front wall, so I think they’re in it for the long haul.
