Norby has no glove to get consistent at bats. He may one day be a utility type guy but not now. 
 

Defense matters. They aren’t ditching players that can field for those with question marks. 
 

Unless there is an injury Holliday is the easy pick.

To me, it's a simple thing.  He DH's most days and gets some spot starts in RF too.  The O's, however, seem averse to having a near full-time DH.

Unfortunately, at this point, they don't seem to want to relegate O'Hearn to the bench. That's the O'Hearn role. And O'Hearn has hit in the very small early season sample size.
