Actual question on the thread topic: Why is this guy not on our roster yet? How long do we have to announce a move? If I understand correctly, this guy was on the MLB Brewers and out of options, so he has to go on our roster. Unless we were just trading for the right to DFA him for some reason?

Man, he must have been on the shuttle bus a lot to have burned all of his options with 51IP in MLB since 2017 and he wasn't even in the MLB from 2020-2022. He was in Japan and isn't a FA until 2030.

Sorry.  I can’t talk right now.  I’m at SportsGuys barbecue and he has no idea that I’m RZNJ.   Food is good.  Beer is cold.   Pool is refreshing.  I just have to make believe I like him for the rest of the day.   On second thought, as soon as I’m full I’m out.

P.S.  Your wife must be a saint.  Is that wrong to say?
