For the record, I don’t want to bring in an outfielder from outside the organization, but that’s what Mike seems to like doing. Given that, I wouldn’t mind watching us get Pham.

That was 2 years ago when he brought in Philips as a throw in to the trade. The minor leaguers have developed much more since then and there's not enough room for them all as it is.  He's trying to figure out who has developed and will stick at the MLB level. 

As for Hicks, that was due to a Mullins injury and Hicka just happened to be a switch hitting Centerfielder (better than any CF we had) that became available at the right time of need.

Crochet's season high in pitches is 97. If the Orioles can make Crochet work next inning it might be enough to get the White Sox to go to their bullpen.

Just to reiterate something I posted on the first page of this thread, Hays came into today hitting .318 with a 45% hard hit rate since coming back from injury. 

He’s looked helpless today, but…so have most of them
