This dining concept included questions about features and pricing (e.g. would you pay $100-150 for this experience).

The social club included features such as on field dining, meet and greets, away game viewing parties, etc. They also asked about pricing, and gave multiple willingness to pay options including "Would you be willing to pay $1,500 initiation fee (one-time) + $1,000 annual fee to join the Orioles Membership Club?"

The next block of questions included potential seating experiences:

They asked about what amenities would be desired at the Nest, including: pregame access, private bars, drink rail access with views, patio lounge seating, extended post game access, assigned seating.

This section included ranking preferences of how the seating would exist:

And also asked about amenities such as mobile ordering, a personal TV screen, all inclusive food/beverage, etc., as well as pricing including (would you be willing to pay $860/215 per person for a 4 person box), a no response would lower the price each time you said no (e.g. would you pay 760/190 per, or 660/165 per person).

This was followed by ranking club lounge styles for preference (I personally prefer the vintage, high-end lounge):

image.thumb.png.c3860c7cd7756198635d64c35190bfed.png

They asked what benefits or amenities would increase interest including: all inclusive food/beverage (w/wo alcohol), pre/postgame access, view of the player's tunnel, premium parking access, in seat food/beverage), and pricing (e.g. would you pay 350-400/300-350/250-300 per person for this)

image.png.8938f9067e110de3cb013af9d79ec548.png

Same questions re: amenities, such as personal monitors, in seat/all inclusive food, premium parking, and price options (would you be wililng to pay 400-450, 350-400, 300-350 per person). It also asked what would be your preferred seating location for this lounge (field level between dugout and foul pole, or field level directly behind the outfield fence)

Same questions for the suite, amenities, and price options (3500 for a 10 person suite, 3250, or 3000)

Finally, the survey put together "randomly assembled experience packages," asking which you would be more likely to choose including:

I actually went through the survey more than once and got completely different packages, though they say it is for research only, so i'm not sure how random/accurate any of these pairings would be.

The survey ended with background info and interest in being involved in future meetings over zoom to discuss development of the stadium.

It's nice that they're looking for feedback from the fans about the redevelopment of the stadium, thought I'm most excited about the fact that it seems clear the new ownership group is very deep into this process and seems to be working hard behind the scenes.

Thanks all and sorry for the messy thread!

I went through it and did it.  Lots of good ideas but lots of very pricey ideas.

A lot of it looks nice, but some for sure felt a bit out of my range, maybe doable with a friend for a special occasion, but many definitely out of reach with a family of four. The potential packages seemed a lot more affordable though. I'm cautiously optimistic there will be some options that work for everyone.

When my family went to the weekend series against the Reds in Cincinnati in 2022, the highlight for me was the Reds Museum. An Orioles Museum would be an amazing addition to Camden Yards.

Only if it has a significant focus on pre-1954 Baltimore baseball. Which it won't.

That would be cool.  Maybe you could quit your current job and be the curator.

There definitely should be a museum somewhere in the city to acknowledge the history of all the teams that played in Baltimore using that name.  There have been like 5 or 6 different "Oriole Parks" right?

Maybe they could use one of those sites heh.

To me, the hidden Orioles Museum has always been on the club level. I went to many games before randomly booking club level seats and being shocked to see all the trophies, Cy Youngs, Gold Gloves and such on display there. But expanding that and offering it up to everyone? Sure.

I like the idea of the Kids Zone and field level seats/lounge, but rather than focusing on expensive social clubs or fine dining, I hope they focus more on improving the overall concessions, facilities and audio/visual elements. A lot of the ideas sold like they would only appeal to a select percentage of attendees, rather than improving the traditional ballpark experience. I’m there for baseball, not Quiche A La Boog.
