We don’t need to include Basallo to get Miller

We aren’t getting him for Stowers, Povich, and Irvin

Bye the way ….. Helsley has 1 year of control more than Estevez who went for two 25-30 org prospects. Maybe he can be had for a 10-15 and 2 , 25-30 guys.

No one has ever paid a top 10 prospect for a reliever no matter how much control they have.

we would need to send a lot, but you’re overthinking his value.

Good then it should be easy for Elias to get it done

I think taking on money instead of giving up prospects is the way to go. There are a few big contracts that some teams may want to escape, Trout, Snell, Bellinger, Berrios, Chapman, etc

You'd have to give up a few prospects but hopefully not the top guys. Hopefully they fulfill our needs while freeing the other teams of a burdensome contract

I also think Texas is a team to target. Eovaldi is a guy I'd love. Whats up with Yates?

What was the highest Torres was ranked when he went in the Chapman deal?

I agree if Oak is serious about moving him we should make it happen.

i think we need to send 5x prospects starting with Bradfield +

Has there ever been an elite closer throwing 100+ MPH with 5+ years of control traded at the deadline? I think you're underthinking his value significantly.

Zero chance Stowers and Povich gets it done. Not even close.
