He's good at opting out.   He opted out from us at the end of spring training..   Mets signed him, started him once, he didn't do well, and they DFA'd him.   The Cubs signed him to a minor league deal and he has an 8.82 ERA in 8 starts for them, and it had  June 1 opt-out date, so he opted out of that too.

And he has opted out of his deal with the Orioles.  His third opt out of the year.
