Bullpen supplement for me. 

If the bullpen is very strong, I feel ok about Kremer/Irvin getting playoff starts knowing that they're likely be pulled after ~5. If we get a better #3 but don't improve the bullpen, I'm still pretty nervous about those bullpen innings.

What I expect is that Elias brings in a starter candidate and 1-2 relievers, but that none of them are particularly splashy adds.

Stuff+ has him well below average. I think he’s fine overall and could be successful as a reliever or long man but I wouldn’t classify him as a potential high leverage arm.

Outside of a couple bad outings Akin has been pretty good. Baker made some adjustments, from what I've heard, let's see if it's sustainable.

Yeah … I don’t think we need an elite closer either. Plus I’m not sure I understand the game 3 starter. Is that a 3rd starter skill set or a good starter that you are slotting 3rd behind Burnes and Grayson.
