Bad jumping once again.  MLB has wanted more offense this year so expected balls to be juiced next year how about just robo umps that will get it up because the really good hitters are the one that bad umping hurts the most.

Robo umps IMO will bring more offense to the game. Good hitters will swing at better pitches and lay off the bad pitches.  Especially these good young hitters like the Orioles have that are used to the system in the minors.

Did he say Ramirez is one homerun away from being the 3rd third baseman with 30 or more homeruns?  ARod and Howard Johnson the other two?

Nice strategy getting Ramirez at 1st instead of Thomas who is faster but it didn’t help he still stole.  lol

Jackson is not top notch on defense.  If he matures into an average defensive second base I will be happy.  His bat and legs should make him an allstar.  But I am not sure he will ever become an elite defender.

Pretty much all the rookies have looked sloppy on defense when they come up and take a few months to get acclimated. Seems like the minor league development there is not on the level of the hitting.
