This might be a pipe dream but I wouldn't mind seeing us take a shot at Soto.  We can certainly afford him with our current salary and the Yankees are going to have trouble getting under the luxury tax threshold and are likely going to pay $1.50 on the dollar.  I don't know if the Yankees, as much money as they have, are going to want to pay him $40 million a year and then another 20 million in luxury tax.  We've let a lot of our outfield depth go, and we can use him now.  This is especially true if we're trading Cedric at the end of the year.
