Because often-times in the minors his 90th pitch would come in the 4th inning.

Its not a durability issue with him, its a pitch economy issue. That's the only thing holding him back. Some reports say his 3rd pitch (change) isn't good enough but its looked decent tonight.

He just needs to learn how to pitch. I remember Bedard having the same trouble with pitch economy before he got it.
