I think his name is Bob Niehaus or something like that. He's been very different over the times I have heard him. Sometimes he's been great, throwing in lots of history and factoids about the O's players, showing that he did his homework. Other times, it's like he's barely conscious. Dunno enough about the guy to know what's normal for him...
