Yeah. AJ. He needs to be batting 7th. He needs to stay 7th until he matures as a hitter. The only batters (that get ab) that instill less confidence in me are Izturus and Lugo.

AJ is the weird type of player in which a blow to his ego will probably improve his play.

And Adam Jones continues to stink it up. I heard on radio we are hitting about .158 with RISP. What I would like to know is how many of those hits actually drove in a run? We have had several hits with RISP that didnt score a run. I bet that would bring the batting average down to about .100

It just feels like the whole offensive squad is playing like the "Not Ready for Primetime Players." Only Pie and Tejada have shown much interest in seizing the spotlight.

Oh -- and the Os need to get somebody in to throw AJ 50 low and away breaking balls every day until he gets this thing figured out.
