Tillman is the only O's starter that would be in the Red Sox or Blue Jays rotation.

Isn't Buchholz in Bostons rotation? Outside of Wright they'd have a pretty awful rotation too. Think porcello has done ok last time I checked. Price has been terrible so far.

I think Feldman is an accurate target. He would be the #3 on this team right now.
