Orioles now 31-34 since the All-Star break. Playoff caliber teams don't play sub .500 ball after the All-Star break.

And now under .500 since the halfway mark of 81 games.

So the Giants aren't a playoff caliber team either I guess.

I'd like to go back and see how teams that play sub-.500 after the break but still make the playoffs have done. I'll bet some of them have sucked in the post season but some have done well.
