2016 Rule 5 Eligible Orioles

With the 2016 Rule 5 draft coming up in a month, here are the eligible Orioles that could be drafted:

It is a little mix of infielders, outfielders, pitchers, and a catcher. Most, if not all, have put in time in AA Bowie last season.

I apologize if I missed anyone. I self taught myself the Rule 5 process and went through the lists. If I missed anyone, feel free to add in.

While none of these guys, to me, seem like "40 man" worthy right now, each of them does have a chance at some point. None will be HOF's, but several could be good bench players.

He was a 2013 draft pick from a 4 year college. Wouldn't that make him eligible?

Lorenzo has just 4 years as first year no quilfy since late signing. I think Mercedes is rule 5 but not sure he had Indy ball in between years.
