Time to consider Liz a Reliever?

Liz with a decent outing today, which is his second straight quality start

Last year he had a few moments, although not many with the O's. In his last outing he went 4 innings and gave up on hit. Between Liz and Penn I'd rather have Liz take the place of Trax. He'll have one more start before the O's will need to consider who to bring up. If he were to have another QS I'd like to think they'd bring him up.
